What is a sentence?
A sentence is a group of words which make complete sense.
When we speak we use sentences.
A sentence begins with a Capital Letter and ends with a Full stop.
For Example:
The book is on the table.
I play in the garden.
Some birds are flying in the sky.
A teacher teaches in school.
Exercise 1: Write “yes” if it is a sentence, and “no” if it is not.
